Electronic Payment Authorization

I do hereby authorize GoldMogul to initiate a one-time ACH debit transfer of funds, on today’s date, to the personal checking account in my name (the “Account”), which I have separately specified to GoldMogul, in the amount I requested. By creating a MogulPlan, I authorize GoldMogul to initiate recurring ACH debit transfers of funds to the Account in the recurring amount I requested on my specified start date and according to my selected frequency thereafter. I hereby authorize GoldMogul to electronically credit my Account to correct erroneous debits. I acknowledge that I am an owner (or authorized signer) of the Account. I understand GoldMogul typically begins processing transfers on the same day or on the following business day from when they are scheduled through MogulPlan or when I submit them.  I agree that if this debit transfer or any subsequent recurring debit transfer is dishonored or returned for any reason, I authorize an additional debit to the Account for $25 or the maximum amount allowed by state law, whichever is less. I also understand that once GoldMogul begins to process this transfer, I will be unable to cancel it; I may only cancel this authorization if GoldMogul has not yet begun to process it. I understand that I may contact GoldMogul at 1-800-360-4653 to attempt to cancel this authorization; otherwise, this authorization will remain in full force and effect. I hereby authorize any financial institutions involved in the processing of the electronic payment to receive confidential information necessary to answer inquiries and resolve issues related to the payment. I also understand that the Funds may be unavailable for withdrawal until 60 days after processing. By clicking on the “Submit” button, I do hereby agree to the terms of this authorization.
